Although I haven't met her before, She earned my trust just with a few phone calls and emails. Why? Because she is very knowledgeable and honest, doesn't hide anything from you and really understand your need. In her first email, she listed all the loan options with detailed analysis such as rate, cost, monthly payment and the suggestions for my future loan. She is very detail-oriented and prepared almost all documents for me. When I have a question and call her, she is always there to answer my questions and concerns. She worked very hard to close my loan application so quickly and try to save me the interest cost for existing loans. The whole loan application process is very smooth and I feel very comfortable to work with her. Finally, I got the best loan rate with almost no closing cost (only a few hundreds bucks).
